About Hazel

With 4 years of tutoring experience, I specialize in teaching French to school students, college learners, and working professionals. My teaching philosophy centers on making language learning enjoyable, practical, and tailored to each student's needs. I believe that understanding the cultural context of a language is just as important as mastering grammar and vocabulary. Therefore, I incorporate real-world conversations, cultural insights, and interactive activities to keep lessons engaging and relevant. Throughout my tutoring career, I have helped many students achieve their language goals, whether it’s improving conversational skills, preparing for exams, or advancing their careers. I am proud to have assisted numerous students in passing their French exams with excellent results and gaining confidence in using the language in both professional and personal settings. I am dedicated to providing a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel motivated and confident in their French skills. My goal is to help every student succeed and enjoy the process of learning French.

I understand that every student has unique needs and learning styles, so I tailor lessons to suit individual goals, whether it's improving speaking, writing, or comprehension skills in French. Flexibility is key—I'm always ready to adjust lessons to meet the pace and interests of my students.

In addition, I use problem-solving techniques to help students overcome challenges. I guide them step-by-step through difficult concepts, encouraging critical thinking and boosting their confidence.
