About Tav
I am a Monash University Science/Arts student currently studying mathematics, and I have been tutoring students in maths for over 3 years! I aim to be a maths and french teacher in the future. My students have shown a great improvement in their confidence and grades, and I have loved teaching them over the last 3 years. I truly enjoy teaching, and my goal is to help my students understand content and want to understand it, rather than memorising it.

Teaching is not about me as a teacher, it's only about the student. Everyone learns differently, so I try my best to adapt my teaching methods to suit the students, and help them to grasp a concept no matter how long it takes, because my job is to help them. So, it's really important to understand the student's learning capacity and how they best learn! I am adaptable, but I am also very encouraging and want the best for my students, and that means having them completely comfortable asking me all sorts of questions- there is really no such thing as a dumb question!
