About Adam
I have been a home-brewer for almost 25 years. In addition, I ran a small home-brew shop and London’s smallest brewery in a market for about 3 years. There I had a small taproom which was open all week, but was especially busy on Saturday market days.
After that, I started contract brewing, and we ran a successful beer brand for a year, before professional issues got in the way.
In addition to running my shop, I also worked at London Fields Brewery for about 2.5 years as the home brewing instructor and also gave tours, beer tastings, and so on.
I am friendly, personable, patient, and very knowledgeable about beer. A brewing class with me is great fun and informative!

A brewing class with me can be hands-on, with an actual brew, providing we have the space, or purely theoretical with enough theory to get you up and brewing if that's your end goal, or enough knowledge to talk the game and vastly widen your understanding of beer.
