About Mia
Greetings to you all. My name is Mia, I have been cooking since the age of 7, where I watched my mother and helped cook and bake the most delicious food originating from the Caribbean. My family's business was a takeaway and Bakery in Birmingham, England. Where we cooked and Baked for our local community, including large functions, government events, weddings, carnivals, you name it. I have a passion for cooking my native food, there are many healthy options to choose from including vegetarian and vegan dishes.
