About Darragh

My experience spans Financial Services, Retail, Pharma, FCMG and healthcare. Having worked on the inside for many large companies I have an understanding of what it takes to navigate the application journey and how to give the best chances of success.

About the lesson

With 12 years of experience in large companies, line management, recruitment, conducting interviews and sitting on assessment centre panels, I can help coach soon-to-be and recent grads to get hired into large companies. My approach is not to attempt to offer broad high-level advice to all jobseekers, but I can offer a lot of value to those pursuing specific career pathways. I will be best suited to helping final year, graduate and entry level professionals who are applying to large companies (household brands in FMCG, Retail, Pharma, Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Professional Services, Telecoms, Energy, Tech etc.) and in traditional business functions (marketing, sales, product, HR, finance, risk, procurement). If you're applying to these types of roles - either entry level or graduate schemes - I can really give you a competitive edge.

Beyond this, I can help individuals narrow their career search, identify the best direction to take, craft top notch CVs and cover letters, and understand how to climb the career ladder quickly inside large organisations once you've already got your foot in the door.

My methodology focuses on you as an individual - identifying your strengths and helping you succeed in your career ambitions. I have helped coach individuals through their careers to mid and senior levels as well as getting your foot in the door in competitive companies.

I take time to understand your previous experience or areas where you've fallen down in the past - whether that's applying for the right jobs, crafting the best application, succeeding at interview or networking.
