About Sucheta
I'm an eye care professional (optometrist) and started giving reiki to everyone since lockdown started. I felt this is the best way to align yourself to a higher self apart from all the chaos going on. It doesn't matter if you never heard of reiki or don't know how to do it. Learn how to meditate. I believe mixing different tools to teach is the best way of learning. and hence in my class, you will be provided with notes, videos and one-on-one discussion, and practical classes.
Reiki has 3 different levels: Level 1, Level 2, and master level.
Level 1: Basics: introduction to chakras, how to feel chakras, how to do reiki on self and others.
Level 2: Symbols of reiki and their meaning, giving reiki through time and space and attunement of level 1 and 2.
Level 3: Symbols of master level, how to attune others, How to give reiki to pets and reiki in daily life.
