About Stephen

After my last executive role ended, I turned my trading hobby into a full-time job, ramping up my time on the charts and in trading discords to about 16 hours a day for the next 3 years.

This is the 'intensive' stage that creates professional traders - complete immersion in everything there is to know. Not something I would recommend for most people! However, there is a suitable 'level' of trading knowledge and experience for everyone. I will work with you to determine exactly what the right level is for you.

For example, with stablecoins and central bank digital currencies just around the corner, the minimum level would be to know how to select an exchange, move fiat from your bank to the exchange, convert fiat to a stablecoin, buy bitcoin (or trade margin or perps on an exchange or broker), transfer crypto or stablecoins on a blockchain to another exchange or account, or to storage in a hot or cold wallet. For gold, the minimum would be to know how to purchase shares in a gold ETF via a broker, or now that gold and shares are being tokenised, how to trade gold or share price CFDs or perps, as you would for crypto.

This is going to be basic financial literacy in the future.

For most people, the most valuable thing I can offer them is knowledge - in particular, how NOT to lose money. I can train or mentor you in trading to suit your needs. Currently I have a small group of students (more like friends) and I mentor some young traders in developing countries trying to trade their families out of poverty. That is where my passion lies; freedom, not financial markets.

Please note that I don't give financial advice, but I will absolutely teach you how to trade and how to manage risk.

About the lesson

- Learn with a professional trader (since 2021) with 10,000+ hours on the charts.
- All macro and charting needed to navigate the market, especially market cycles and trade planning.
- Find out what sort of trader you are, or want to be: scalper, day trader, swing trader, seasonal trader?
- Comprehensive risk management to ensure trading is a discipline, never a gamble.
- How to use CEXs, DEXs and brokers properly - especially how to trade on a budget with a small amount of money.
- How to get funded to trade prop firm capital instead of your own
- We will always do analysis of past trades and live trading for real experience, even if you are still trading on demo for practice.
- If you have experience, even better - bring along your trading challenges so we can address them directly.
- Sessions will usually be for 2 or more hours, face to face or online at various times between 9pm and 11am UTC (8am-10pm AEST time), group lessons also welcome if you want to pair up with friends.
