About Shelby
I've been teaching yin style yoga for the past 4 years - using my background in fascial work I became the Valley's first flexologist at StretchLab in North Scottsdale and a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM. I am also certified in Thai Massage - I've taught to 1 and as many as 25.

I believe in long hold passive stretching techniques as a way to heal and restore mobility to the body. I utilize a variety of props to give additional support to the body. My manner projects a calm authority. I always ask permission before offering any kind of adjustment.
