About Jayanandhan

Hello! I am Jayanandhan, a passionate music teacher with an MA in Carnatic Music from the University of Calicut, Kerala, and a Grade 8 qualification in Keyboard from Trinity College London. I teach Keyboard, Piano, Carnatic Vocal, Carnatic Harmonium and Western Music Theory to students of all ages. My teaching style is friendly, patient and well-structured, helping beginners build a strong foundation while guiding intermediate and advanced students to improve their skills. I also prepare students for Trinity Grade examinations. My goal is to make every class enjoyable, inspiring and focused on each student's individual progress.
I am not just a teacher, I am a Composer too. And also teach them how to compose their own music and songs.

About the lesson

I offer structured and friendly Keyboard, Piano, Carnatic Vocal and Music Theory classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced students. Each lesson is planned according to the student's level and learning goals. I focus on strong fundamentals, practical playing techniques, rhythm, notation, ear training and performance skills. Trinity Grade examinations, Western Music Theory and Carnatic music concepts are taught in a simple and systematic way. Classes are available online with personal attention, regular practice guidance and progress evaluation to help every student build confidence and enjoy learning music.
