About Janine

I started belly dance for fun and fitness in 2009 and have never looked back since. My goal is to spread the joy of movement and body positivy to others through this beautiful dance art. Once you shimmy you just can't stop!

My approach to teaching is fun and informal, I believe that everybody has the right to enjoy dance and love the body they have. During lessons we will be dancing to a variety of music genres and will cover the basics such as shimmies, arm/foot work and undulations as well as working towards more complicated layered work.
