Physical Education can be reframed as a real-life video game, positioning students' bodies as avatars where fitness metrics like strength and speed are treated as "skill trees" to level up. By focusing on tracking personal bests rather than comparison, this approach encourages students to view the gym as a way to boost their real-world, in-game stats.
