About Shannon

Hi, I’m Shannon, an experienced art instructor and founder of Unbound Art Studio. I have years of experience teaching painting, drawing, and mixed-media, guiding students of all ages to explore their creativity with confidence. My lessons blend art theory, technique, and playful experimentation, helping students develop skills while enjoying the process of creating. I am passionate about encouraging self-expression, curiosity, and artistic growth in every student. About the lesson

I teach painting, drawing, mixed-media, and art theory in a fun, relaxed, and encouraging way. My lessons focus on exploration, creativity, and skill-building, helping students fall in love with the process of making art, not just the final piece.

Lessons cover colour, value, line, and brush techniques, with hands-on exercises tailored to each student’s level and goals. The art work covered is based on theory that assists with practical skills. My daughter really enjoys the lessons, is making progress and learning new techniques.
