About Gonçalo
Hi! I’m Gonçalo, a native Portuguese speaker with a **Bachelor’s degree in Acting** and years of experience working with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
My approach to Portuguese is relaxed, personal, and focused on building real confidence. My background in acting has taught me how to communicate clearly, listen closely, and create an environment where people feel comfortable expressing themselves—even when they’re not sure they have the “right” words.
I’m professional, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping people connect through language. Whether you’re learning Portuguese for travel, relationships, work, family, culture, or simply because you love the language, I’ll meet you where you are and help you grow from there.

My Approach
As a native Portuguese speaker with a Bachelor’s degree in Acting, I make learning Portuguese feel more like hanging out with a friend than sitting in a classroom. We’ll use real conversations, everyday expressions, music, culture, humor, and role-play to make Portuguese feel natural and fun.
What We’ll Do Together
Every session follows your vibe and what you want to get out of it. We might grab a topic and chat, act out a real-life situation, practice pronunciation, explore expressions, or simply have a conversation in Portuguese. The goal is to create a relaxed space where you can experiment, make mistakes, laugh, and build confidence without feeling judged.
What Makes My Approach Different
My acting background taught me how important play, spontaneity, and confidence are when communicating. I bring that into Portuguese through role-play, improvisation, storytelling, and everyday scenarios. You won’t just learn what to say—you’ll get comfortable actually saying it.
