I am an experienced programmer and have worked in industry since 2018. I have worked professionally with Java, Python, Javascript and Golang, but I am also passionate about C programming. I love working with people to improve their confidence with technology. Computers are an important part of our lives, and my mission through teaching programming is to empower people to take advantage of the technology around them.

I want to use my industry experience to teach people to think like a programmer, and share my understanding of how to break down a problem into workable steps. I specialize in Python, JavaScript, C and Golang. I believe in learning by doing, and I am able to work through projects with my students. Programming should be fun and engaging for everyone, so my projects include small 2D games, simple websites, and integrations with databases. I can also teach the basics of building your own programming language, which is an amazing project that everyone should try!
