About Charlie
I've meditated for most of my life and was certified to teach mindfulness meditation through Tibet House in 2020. This grew out of my work as a creative writing teacher and arts administrator in New York City where I live. Helping others is core to my faith as a practicing Buddhist and artist.

To date, I've taught hundreds of students how to reduce stress and anxiety through daily practice. This begins with proper form and technique, which is what I teach in combination with abstract art making for stimulating insight, relaxation, and overall wellness.
