About Henry

I am a scientist working in the field of cancer therapeutics. I learnt to program many years ago and have been doing it for work and in my spare time ever since.

A lot of tutors are very knowledgeable, but the most important quality a tutor can have is the ability to actually teach. I have a wealth of experience in teaching from running Python classes for university undergraduates to teaching science to PhD students, I have learned how to tailor my teaching to the individual, which a lot of other tutors are unable to do.

My lessons are flexible and we can follow your interests, learning things that will help you do what you want to do with computers, and trying different ways of explaining things until you get them!

About the lesson

Python is a versatile programming language and by taking this course you will build a solid foundation from which you can start using Python for any project that you like, be it website design, mobile apps or twitter bots.

If you know how to program then you will future-proof your career and have the potential to make a lot of money. It's also a lot of fun!

These sessions will give you a solid understanding of Python and if you have particular interests, we can work them into the lessons to help get you working on your own projects faster.
