Hi! I’m a Chinese mom raising two bilingual kids in an English-speaking environment. Along the way, I’ve developed fun, effective strategies to help non-native speakers — especially English speakers — overcome the common challenges of learning Mandarin, like tones, pronunciation, and grammar differences. I know exactly where learners tend to get stuck, and I have practical tricks to make things click quickly and naturally. I currently teach students preparing to travel or relocate to China for work, and I tailor every lesson to real-life needs — from introducing yourself to navigating restaurants, markets, and daily interactions. My focus is on real, spoken Chinese that’s actually used in modern China today — so you can land and speak with confidence.

Each lesson is 40 minutes and costs $25. Before you commit, you’re welcome to book a free 30-minute trial session to see if it’s a good fit! For complete beginners, 40 minutes is the perfect length — long enough to learn something useful, get real speaking practice, and still feel fresh and focused by the end. If you’re already conversational or looking for more in-depth, personalized instruction, I also offer 60-minute advanced lessons for $38.
