About Ruben
Teaching Martial Arts and Self Defense is my passion. It's what I've always known I was going to do with my life. I have had hundreds of clients and colleagues over the years who can speak to my professionalism, knowledge, and verify my credentials within the martial arts space. As much as I am a student / teacher, I am also a student. I am always learning and sharing new knowledge. I look forward to working with you!

I've been teaching martial arts and kickboxing for over 15 years. My lessons are fun and intentional. I make sure my clients understand what it is that they are learning and I only teach techniques that I know for a fact can work based on my own very extensive experience. I can teach people who are already professionals in martial arts and I can teach people who are on their first day of their martial arts journey. I can teach all ages and abilities across the board.
