About Angela

My name is Angela, and I am a 2023 graduate in Translation Studies (French and Spanish) from Aston University. I’m considered a Polyglot as i'm fluent in Spanish, French, Dutch, and English. My love for languages started at a very young age; my parents are from different nationalities, and I grew up in a multilingual home, constantly exposed to different languages and cultures. This early experience nurtured my passion for language learning, shaping my desire to help others embrace the beauty of communication across cultures.

Currently, I work as a Language SME for a British company, where I take on diverse responsibilities, including supporting and training others in language-related tasks. Teaching gives me the opportunity to share my passion for languages, guiding students to reach their goals in a dynamic and encouraging environment. I strive to make learning both enjoyable and effective, tailoring my approach to each student’s needs.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is highly personalised, focusing on interactive and engaging methods that cater to each student's unique learning style. I incorporate conversational practice, grammar exercises, and cultural insights to make learning Spanish practical and enjoyable. Lessons typically last 60 minutes, ensuring a balance between depth and engagement.

My lessons are ideal for beginners to advanced learners, regardless of age, who are looking to improve their language skills.

In my language taster sessions, I assess your current Spanish level through conversation and simple exercises while getting to know your learning goals. I demonstrate my interactive teaching style with engaging activities and provide personalised feedback. Based on this, I tailor future lessons to your needs, focusing on areas like speaking, grammar, or vocabulary to help you progress efficiently.
