About Holden
I am a passionate Spanish tutor with over 4 years of experience teaching students from school to college levels. My journey in education began with a deep love for languages and a desire to help others connect with the world through communication. Over the years, I have had the privilege of guiding students in mastering Spanish, making the language not just a subject, but a skill they can use in everyday life. My approach is centered around making learning fun, practical, and relatable by using real-life examples and interactive methods. I celebrate each student’s progress, whether it’s mastering vocabulary or building confidence in speaking. One of my proudest moments was seeing a student pass the DELE exam with excellent results, which reminded me why I love teaching. Helping students achieve their language goals, whether for school, travel, or career opportunities, is what drives me every day.

My teaching approach is based on compassion, creativity, real-life examples, flexibility, and accountability. I believe every student learns in a unique way, so I adapt my lessons to fit their needs. I make Spanish easy to understand by connecting lessons to real-life situations and using case studies that make learning practical and enjoyable. Creativity is at the heart of my classes, keeping students engaged and motivated. I also make sure to track progress carefully, helping students stay on target with their learning goals. Flexibility is important in my lessons, and I adjust my methods depending on the student’s pace and interests. Along with Spanish, I am able to teach related subjects, giving students a complete learning experience. My goal is to make every student feel confident and excited about learning a new language.
