About Denise

I am currently a final-year Philosophy student at Complutense University of Madrid, with a deep passion for literature, history, art and language. While my academic path is in Philosophy, my real calling emerged when a friend suggested I could teach. As I started giving in-person lessons—first to children, then to adults—I discovered a genuine passion for helping others grow. This is why I chose to take my teaching online: to share my love of language, communication, and personal growth with a wider audience.

In each class, I bring dedication, structure, and a personal touch. My students see that I am not just a student myself, but a committed teacher who knows how to guide them, adapt to their pace, and unlock their confidence in Spanish. I combine my academic background with a real-world approach, ensuring each student feels supported, motivated, and capable.

It’s this combination of a solid educational foundation and a genuine love for teaching that I bring to every class. I am fully committed to helping you reach your goals, whether you are starting out or looking to refine your fluency.

About the lesson

My lessons are not typical language classes. From the very first lesson, we will speak, think, debate, laugh and learn in a dynamic and natural way, creating a comfortable environment where making mistakes is also an essential part of learning.

I consider myself an outgoing, approachable and very curious person. I love turning every lesson into an engaging experience, full of real-life examples, interesting conversations and fascinating little facts that bring the language to life, because yes, Spanish is full of incredible stories.

I use different teaching approaches depending on your needs:

Communicative approach: you will start speaking from day one, gradually building confidence and fluency.

Practical and contextual learning: you will learn the Spanish that is actually used in everyday life, leaving robotic textbook phrases behind.

Inductive method: you will understand how the language works instead of memorizing rules without any real meaning.
