About Maximiliano
I'm currently a student at my local community college, and will soon be transferring to a university where I will study and major in anthropology. I was born and raised in a small town in southern California; However, my mother and father are Mexican natives who migrated to America and brought their beautiful language along with them, and I, along with the rest of my siblings, were fortunate enough to grow up, learning and speaking two languages.

I have taken numerous Spanish courses in high school and college, and given that I'm already a fluent speaker, I was able to determine what teaching styles and techniques helped students learn and which did not. Unfortunately, there is a high number of students in academic institutions who will take several semesters of a foreign language only to find that they cannot effectively communicate with other Spanish speakers. I will attest that the best way to learn Spanish is to speak it and speak it often. Furthermore, my teaching style is centered around practice through oral communication; all exercises and lessons are centered around speaking talking in Spanish.
