About Elio
Hi! I’m Elio, a native Chinese speaker from China with a professional background in Broadcasting and Hosting.
I specialize in Mandarin pronunciation, speaking, and practical communication. With my training in broadcasting, I have a strong focus on clear, accurate pronunciation and natural Chinese expression. I can help you improve your tones, pronunciation, sentence structure, and overall confidence when speaking Chinese.
I also hold a Master’s degree from the University of Melbourne and currently work in brand marketing for an international company. I’m comfortable teaching students in English, which makes it easier to explain Chinese grammar, pronunciation, and cultural differences clearly.
Whether you’re a complete beginner, preparing for HSK, planning to travel or live in China, or simply want to become more fluent in everyday conversations, I can tailor our lessons to your goals and learning pace.

My lessons are relaxed, interactive, and patient. I believe the most important purpose of learning a language is communication, so my lessons incorporate real-life situations and practical conversations to help you improve your listening and speaking skills, rather than simply memorizing textbook content.
Outside of teaching, I also love traveling, cultural exchange, and exploring different ways of life around the world.
