I am a professional sushi chef with over 10 years of experience working in the hospitality industry, from casual dining to fine dining restaurants.
I also hold Certificate III, Certificate IV, and a Diploma in Hospitality, as well as a Japanese Cooking Certificate.
These qualifications, combined with my extensive hands-on experience, allow me to provide both practical skills and professional knowledge in a clear and structured way.
My lessons are suitable for beginners as well as anyone who wants to improve their sushi-making skills.
I can teach you how to prepare sushi rice, select ingredients, use knives safely, and make a variety of sushi, including nigiri, maki rolls, and hand rolls.
I also share professional techniques and tips gained from years of real kitchen experience.
My teaching style is patient, hands-on, and tailored to your level and goals.
