About Blessing
I am coach Blessing with many years of aquatic experience. I started swimming at age 3 in River Niger, I started with survival skills to be precise. Growing up swimming was part of stuff I enjoyed doing for fun aside from football. In the year 2014, I started teaching swimming after attending a swimming competition at National Stadium Lagos Nigeria. But before then, I have gotten a certificate from the National Sports Commission as a swim coach. Ever since then I have taught people from all walks of life. To me swimming is not just a sport, it's a way of life, because it was what I grew up doing.

About the lesson

Starting with aqua introductions pros & cons of water safety. Water familiarization which is the basics in swimming. Submerging & breathing/gliding. Then beginner leg kick with 3 hand pull breaststroke. Next, proceed with flutter kick & doggy paddle which help swimmers save themselves from drowning. After that, we commence catch & pull drill & the rest of the strokes.
