About Archie

I am a personal trainer who specialises in calisthenics and physical therapy. I began professionally teaching the 'Wim Hof Method' when many of my clients complained about issues such as lower back pain and mental health conditions. The method has transformed my life and also enabled me to spread the word and help people go from taking daily harsh medication to being able to run freely again!

I've helped people transform their bodies and minds by just learning how to breath and connect with their breath.

The method can be performed by anyone, regardless of age or physical condition. We all are capable of so much more than we realise.
