I have a master's in adult education and I am a certified Five Behaviors facilitator. With over 20 years of experience mentoring individuals across diverse fields, I bring a unique combination of strategic insight, practical expertise, and an unwavering commitment to fostering growth. Management and organizational skills are essential for everyone, especially in today’s rapidly changing world. My goal as a tutor is to help you navigate complex challenges by breaking them down into clear, actionable steps, building your confidence and fostering a mindset that empowers you to achieve your priorities. I specialize in hybrid or remote environments, human-machine collaboration, and navigating the challenges of online learning. A typical lesson plan will begin with 5-10 minute discussion to understand your immediate challenge or goal. The core of our time together will focus on one or two key practices using examples and practice exercises relevant to your situation or desired outcomes. We will end the lesson with 5-10 minute review of what worked well, identify areas for further practice or exploration and agree on a manageable task or strategy to practice before the next lesson.
