About Michael
I am a retired metallurgical engineer with a few years of experience of one on one tutoring with high school students mostly in Mathematics and also some tutoring of adults in Microsoft Office and Google. I enjoy achieving increased confidence of students on any subject matter. This is my ultimate reward.

My teaching methods are as follows
First get to understand the client in order to assess the level and detail of training required.
Second develop a training program and schedule that is acceptable to the client.
Start training with focus on principles to ensure understanding before moving on to more complex problems
Regularly assess proficiency of training through feedback tests, both verbal and tests and assignments.
Go back to first principles when roadblocks develop and focus on clients preferred method of learning.
Do final wrap up at end of training to assess whether goals and objectives of trading met .
Aim to have client relaxed throughout the training by encouraging friendly and lively dialogue.
