As a Tech Lead in the information technology industry, my approach is always collaborative.
We first understand the challenges and objectives of the trainee, and then provide them with self study material and enthusiastic engagement.
The objective is to use a constructive mechanism in which the trainee can build the foundations of the subject they are on the journey to mastery.
