About Veronica
I hold an RCM ARCT diploma and study Performance at McGill University, with minors in Education and Entrepreneurship. I am a Cars Lloyd Hansen Scholar (a $25,000 merit-based award) and prizewinner at the Kiwanis Festival, the Friends of Chamber Competition (Audience Prize), and the Brahms International Competition (Gold Prize). I have guided students through competitions, school performances, and recitals, tailoring lessons to their learning style while focusing on technique, posture, bow hold, and performance mindset. For families who want their child to spend free time meaningfully while building discipline, confidence, and musical skill, I offer engaging lessons including 30-minute beginner classes. I prepare students for all kinds of exams and encourage both children and adults to aim for musical excellence. I value perfection and focus on gradually building strength, endurance, technique, and accuracy. I also teach theory to deepen understanding and make music more meaningful. I offer Suzuki, RCM up to Level 9, and counterpoint, tailoring every lesson to individual goals, whether that’s exams, fundamentals, or exploring genres beyond classical.
Lessons will take place inside Schulich School of Music @ McGill University!
