My volleyball classes focus on building strong fundamentals and confidence on the court. As an international volleyball player, I share practical insights from my playing experience and adapt sessions to your current level and goals.
We will work on serving, passing, setting, spiking, blocking, footwork and match awareness through focused drills and clear feedback. Beginners can learn step by step, while players with some experience can work on technique and consistency.
The aim is to help you understand the game, practise with purpose and enjoy your progress.
