About Mitchell
Fitness has been a huge part of my life over the past 5 years. I went from 180 lbs to 220 lbs while keeping lean. Along the way, I built the strength to bench 275 lbs, squat 315, and deadlift 445. I know how challenging it can feel to balance training, nutrition, and life — and that’s why I focus on simple, effective methods that get results without wasting time. My approach is supportive and practical, whether you want to gain strength, lose fat, or just feel more confident in your own body. I offer both in-person coaching and online guidance, combining structured workouts with tailored meal advice. I enjoy working with both men and women of all fitness levels, and I aim to be a coach who feels approachable, relatable, and genuinely invested in your progress. If you’re looking for someone who has been through the process and can guide you step by step, I’d be happy to help you reach your goals
