About Caroline
Caroline was born and raised in southern Canada. She lived her whole life on an organic chemical free oriental vegetable and fruit farm in Leamington & Ruthven. Her knowledge and experience of culinary medicine comes from a strong historical family lineage that battled diseases and health conditions through holistic food and lifestyle practices. A passion for whole food healing and holistic health treatments was developed before organic health food was a fad and long before her professional studies when she was a a young child. She went to school in Toronto, Canada to achieve her BA Industrial Product Design. She completed her thesis designing a plastic injection interactive toy for children with Hydrocephalus. Along with her AFFA Nutrition & Fitness Certifications, Caroline spent most her life studying under selective holistic nutritional MD Root Cause Masters from Hawaii, Philippines & China. This is how her expertise in holistic nutrition was ultimately developed. Caroline’s seasoned versatile experience and professional expertise in personal safety, fitness, sports, arts, and culinary food lead her to win dozens of medals in national and International full contact sports in Japanese Jujitsu, Judo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, XME Weapon forms, and powerlifting. For over 12 years, she has enjoyed her professional fitness modeling on HSN TV Network. Working as Corporate Personal Trainer and Nutritionist for celebrities and professional UFC & Bellator fighters has broaden her health and wellness experience to be a dedicated professional nutritionist for medical doctors & celebrities all over the US.
