About Divya
Hi, I’m Divya from Dehradun, Uttarakhand. I started learning yoga at Kayakalp Yoga Studio around 10 years ago, where I trained for one year. Since then, I have continued practicing yoga regularly as part of my daily life and personal routine. Over time, yoga has become much more than just physical exercise for me. I believe yoga is a process of creating balance between the mind and body, helping people feel calmer, healthier and more connected with themselves. Through my classes, I aim to create a comfortable and positive space where beginners can experience yoga in a simple, natural and sustainable way.

My classes follow a beginner-friendly style focused on flexibility, balance and overall wellness. Sessions usually begin with Pranayama practices like Anulom Vilom and deep breathing exercises, followed by warm-up stretches, Surya Namaskar and basic yoga asanas inspired by Hatha and Vinyasa flow techniques. Classes end with relaxation and mindfulness practices including Shavasana. These sessions are suitable for beginners, adults and anyone looking for stress relief, improved flexibility and gradual natural weight loss.
