My approach toward tutoring is to inspire and pursue. I like to inspire my apprentice to think more to do more, and achieve more. However, I am not aiming to make another copy of myself but rather try to discover their potentials with them. After that is the pursuit, I will frequently check-in and strengthen the bond between my apprentice and me. Not meaning I will track them down and force them to do work, but make them know that I am always there available for them and care about them.
I am an undergraduate student at UCSD, an international student who is fluent in English and Chinese. I have tutored about a dozen students at my high school, hosting study groups at the library after school almost every school day. I also founded the guitar club and was a core member of the robotics club and math team at my high school.
Everything is negotiable. I care about the experience, not really the money.
