About Dora
I am a passionate Bilingual reading interventionist teacher with 23 years of experience k-6. (English and Spanish). I believe that every reader is unique and they have their own way to learn. As parents or teachers sometimes we try to impose children our own way, but learning is not going to happen if we insist on this retrograde methodology. I offer my students better opportunities to learn in a more motivated environment.

As a reading interventionist, I am able to do 1:1 Reading recovery lessons for students who are K-2 and are struggling on reading and writing. I also use individualized lessons using Guided reading, Interactive Writing, Shared reading and writing. I also use Phonic, phonetic and Analytic synthetic methodologies.
