About the lesson

As a native English speaker educated in Spanish (I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish from Baylor University, 2014, and a Masters Degree in Spanish (Linguistics) from Baylor University, 2017), I understand the language structurally as a foreign language. I like to explain why the language works the way it does to help you achieve success and proficiency. I love helping students understand the language, and I can help you go from wherever you are to wherever you want to be.

I taught in Spain from 2014-2015, and recently have tutored university students in Spanish beginner and intermediate courses as well as linguistics and literature from 2015-2017. I currently teach a university beginner Spanish course, and enjoy interacting with my students. My students have done well in future courses, raised their course grades and achieved a higher proficiency in the language.
