About Reagan
"Graduating from the Yale School of Music with a MMus in Piano shaped my entire teaching philosophy. Music is a language.
During my 11 years of teaching, I have guided 378 students through the nuances of dynamics and expression. I rely on my classical foundation to teach everything from pop chords to complex arpeggios. Memorization techniques and pedaling remain cornerstones of my pedagogy. Sometimes, I wonder if the music plays us instead of the other way around."

"I structure my teaching by observing where your natural curiosity leads you each week. Truth be told, I find that a rigid curriculum often stifles musical growth. I prioritize ear training and chord voicing to ensure you can listen as well as you play. For grade exam candidates, I provide weekly practice modules assigned with every class to maintain steady momentum.
These assignments bridge the gap between our sessions and your private study time. I bring my Conservatory background to these sessions to ensure your technical base is sound. It is always a pleasure to hear your progress."
