About John
I’m private music teacher for over 10 years. I play and teach piano/keyboard, drums and guitar. I’ve played and performed in various bands. I play all styles of music, but specialise in gospel,soul,jazz and funk music. I can teach both kids and adults.

The main aim is to get the student playing confidently and being able to perform on their chosen instrument. Covering all styles and becoming a good listener are also important skills to have. Encouraging regular practice and consistency is needed.
