About Katherine

I am an outdoor educator and award-winning poet with a love of science, nature and books. From coaching reluctant readers to encouraging gifted writers, I have a passion for promoting literacy. My nature-themed lessons are forest school friendly!

About the lesson

I teach by reading, writing, exploring and learning alongside my students, creating a casual collaborative environment. My curriculum based lessons are flexible to the individual student's level, and each lesson includes a customized worksheet. I have an extensive library of materials to share, including books available for lending or purchase.
