About Mansi

I learned yoga from Sri Sri School of yoga. I took my first yoga class in 2014 in gurgaon. I've been taking yoga classes for a long time. Yoga is my passion and I love sharing this knowledge by teaching in groups as well as private tuitions.Ib

About the lesson

Basically the class duration will be of 1 hour which will include- warm up, yoga asanas, yog nidra, pranayams and meditation. I work according to the requirements of the student. I'm specialised in teaching ashtanga yoga and it's the most beautiful form of yoga. Also I will teach the kundalini awakening and giving knowledge about all the chakras in our body and how to clear this chakras and help the prana flow in our subtle body.

I have had the pleasure to know Mansi for the past few years. Along the way i have taken so many classes from her. She has great respect for yoga, for the people that attend classes. Mansi is extremely aware of the mind- body connection. She is one of the most genuine, loving and dedicated yoga instructors I’ve met . It is with great pleasure that i highly recommend Mansi as a yoga instructor.
