About Carol

I'm a native English speaker, with an international background and several TEFL and IELTS qualifications. Fluent in French and can communicate without a problem in German. My professional background was mainly leading and running IT Customer Service Centers. I now offer English support / coaching on various levels: English Conversation and Communication, IELTS support, Improve your Telephone skills, Business English English Translations - do you need your web site or application translated? Voice-over production

About the lesson

I work mostly online, use Skype and my motto is: Let's Talk - Practice makes Perfect I offer private tutoring for anybody that needs help in English and all IELTS students. I conduct my lessons in English, as good English communication skills play an essential role in day to day, academic, professional life and job security. So the first free of charge session is to get to know each other and concentrate on a Needs Analysis. Why a needs analysis? Well, it's very important to find out more about: - your needs - your motivations - prior learning experiences - the situations where you are likely to use English - which language skills you need to practice, etc ... IELTS support in preparation for your exam - what is IELTS - what exam do you need - understanding the exam structure - learn how to prepare for your IELTS exam - improve your speaking and listening skills with real exam examples - what's behind the reading and writing sections - how to improve or get a high band score

Nachdem ich Carols Webseite gesehen hatte, habe ich mit ihr direkt einen Termin ausgemacht um uns dann über Skype kurz kennen zu lernen. Was mir direkt auffiel war ihr sehr authentisch klingendes Englisch und ihr großer Wortschatz.
Sie hat mir bei dem Englisch geholfen dass ich tagtäglich bei der Arbeit im Büro mit internationalen Kunden brauche und seitdem kann ich viel selbstbewusster meetings auf Englisch leiten oder beisitzen.
