I have been training with Tai for the past 2.5 years. And since then I have lost 18lbs that I was not able to by myself. She approaches fitness in a way that helped me feel confident about my physical and mental capacity. She teaches you how to push yourself and instills the knowledge you need to do the workouts on your own. Her sessions go by quick and you feel like you are working out with a friend!
