About Vira

Hi! My name is Vira, and I am a dedicated A-Level student currently studying Biology and Chemistry, offering supportive GCSE tutoring no matter the grade you're on. Having recently studied these challenging subjects myself, I understand how overwhelming certain topics can feel. My aim is to make learning simpler, build confidence, and help students develop a strong understanding of the subject.

I want every student to feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes. Whenever you need help understanding difficult topics, improving exam technique, or consolidating what you learn in school, I will do my best to help you.

I offer in-person and online lessons in London, with flexible arrangements to suit your needs. I look forward to helping you grow your confidence and make progress in Biology and Chemistry!

About the lesson

My approach to tutoring is to make Biology and Chemistry clear, engaging, and easy to understand. As a current A-Level student studying both subjects, I understand the challenges students face and can explain topics in a relatable way. I use simple explanations, examples, helpful mnemonics, diagrams, practice questions and most importantly; exam-style questions to help students build their confidence when applying knowledge. Lessons are tailored to each student's ability, learning pace, and goals, with a focus on GCSE students of all abilities. I am based in London and offer both online and in-person lessons. Sessions typically last 1 hour, with flexibility depending on the student's needs. I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning from mistakes.
