About Ed
I am a Chartered Fellow of the British Computer Society (FBCS CITP), which is the highest professional qualification in computing in the UK. I have worked in computing for over 20 years, at companies such as Skype and Microsoft, and I love teaching and sharing my knowledge.

Theory of Computation: This includes the basics of how computers work, covering areas such as binary, logic gates, machine architecture, and the Fetch-Execute cycle. Software Development: Focuses on software design methodologies, project management, testing, and the software development life cycle. Data Representation: Understanding how data is represented and manipulated in a computer system, including number systems, character encoding, and data compression. Computer Systems and Architecture: Learning about the internal workings of computers, including CPU architecture, memory, storage, and networking.
