About Jordy
Hi! I’m Jordan, an A Level History student based in South Africa and a native English speaker. I have always loved the subject and understand that starting out can sometimes feel overwhelming, which is why I’m here to offer clear, friendly support. Although I specialise in beginner-level History teaching, my own studies give me a solid understanding of the subject. I’m a History tutor who specialises in helping absolute beginners and early learners build a solid foundation.
I keep lessons clear, patient and encouraging. I break topics into simple steps, explain ideas in everyday language, and use short quizzes and practice questions so students can check their understanding as they go. My focus is on making History interesting and easy to follow, rather than overwhelming.
I teach in English (native speaker).
