About Saketh

I'm 18, about to start a Computing degree at Imperial College London, and Maths has genuinely always been the subject I get excited about — not just because I'm good at it, but because I enjoy the process of breaking a hard problem down until it clicks. That's the same energy I bring to tutoring.

I did the A-Level Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Computer Science syllabuses very recently, so I still remember exactly which topics trip people up and where the exam boards like to hide the tricky marks — not from a textbook, but from having sat the papers myself.

Outside of academics, I'm someone who genuinely enjoys explaining things — I find that if a student doesn't get something, it's rarely because they "can't," it's because no one's explained it in the way that clicks for them yet. My job as a tutor is to find that way.

I'm patient, direct with feedback, and focused on results — if something isn't working, I'll change approach rather than repeat myself. I'm looking for students who want to genuinely improve, whether that's climbing a grade boundary or building confidence in a subject that's felt like a struggle.

About the lesson

I'm an incoming Imperial College London Computing student, with a 96% A-Level Maths result, a Merit in the British Mathematical Olympiad, and grade 9s across all GCSEs. I recently took a Further Maths student from a C to an A in three months by targeting the exact topics costing them marks.

Lessons focus on diagnosing your specific gaps, clear step-by-step teaching, and mark-scheme-accurate past paper practice — not generic syllabus run-throughs. Whether you're chasing a grade boundary or an A* for a top university offer, I'll tailor sessions to get you there.
