I will teach from ages 11-16 including GCSE maths, I like to use an approach which enables the student to feel comfortable to get it wrong initially and then to look to build on learn how to correct mistakes. I like to teach through having the student attempt the problem first then by walking through step by step in a smiler question and finally encouraging them to attempt the problem again, providing pointers in order to help the student fully understand.
