About Jacob
In 2025, I graduated UCF with a Bachelor of Arts degree in music, minoring in Asian Studies with a certificate in the Business of Hip Hop Innovation and Creative Industries. When not occupied with arranging, composing, studying Japanese, teaching music lessons, or engaging in photography, I prefer to spend his time practicing walking meditation in Florida’s nature trails, perfecting my fried rice recipe, or teaching English to Japanese natives in virtual reality.

In our learning journey, we will use exercises and materials catered to your goals and skill level to craft a curriculum that challenges you whilst remaining manageable. Speaking, writing, reading, and listening comprise the "quartet" approach with which we build our foundation for communication. Having studied the language abroad for two months, domestically for years, earned my minor in Asian Studies, and organized language exchange events online with natives, my passion and pride lies in cultural exchange as facilitated by fun and engaging language learning. I am happy to teach beginner to high intermediate learners online, in their home, or in my East Orlando home studio. To prepare for a multilingual life capable of travel and endless global opportunities, don't hesitate to get in touch!

From my personal experience with this guy he is genuinely passionate about his craft and the catered lessons that he brings to his students. He is extremely well versed in so may instruments and music software's that I just cant recommend this guy enough.
If you're looking for a great piano tutor, I highly recommend Jacob. He's excellent at what he does and makes a strong impression from the start. Definitely worth learning from.
