I first qualified in 2022 in L2 Mental Health and L2 Gym Instructor and in 2024 in L3 Personal Trainer as I wanted to improve my knowledge and get as many people as possible into health and fitness. In 2023 I ran the GNR Half Marathon for charity, I was 5 months pregnant and it has been one of my greatest life challenges as I am always determined to meet my goals and I encourage people to do the same as I believe it is really important to know who and where we want to be in life. With my clients I always start with a health screening, a consultation and SMART goals. I usually demonstrate exercises first, break them down into simple steps explaining which muscle groups we are working, their function and benefits, showing the right technique to enhance muscle activation and improve performance and to prevent injury. Lessons are open to Beginners and Intermediate levels young adults age range from 18 to 35 are welcome.

  • What age did you start playing sport? Tell us about this time or moment in your life.

    I STARTED PLAYING SPORTS AT THE AGE OF 7, I WAS DOING GYMNASTIC 2 TIMES A WEEK AND THIS IS WHERE I GET MOST OF MY STRENGHT AND MOBILITY. I THEN MOVED TO FIGURE SKATING AND PERFORMED LOCAL SKATING SHOWS

    DURING HIGH SCHOOL I OPT FOR TRACK AND FIELD ONCE A WEEK, I WAS REALLY GOOD IN SHOT-PUT, VORTEX, 60 METERS RUN, 400 METERS RUN WHERE I EARNED DIFFEREND MEDALS.

    I THEN CONTINUE DEVELOPED MY SKILLS TAKING PART IN SCHOOLS SPORTS COMPETIONS ACTIVITIES LIKE VOLLEYBALL, BASEBALL, BASKETBALL AND SOCCER.
  • What are your favourite sports; those that you practice at a high level, a simple hobby, and a sport that you'd still like to discover?

    I REALLY LIKE RUNNING, I TOOK PART OF AN HALF MARATHON WHILE 5 MONTHS PREGNANT, IT WAS REALLY CHALLENGING BUT I HAD ACCOMPLISHED MY GOAL. I LIKE STRENGHT AND MOBILITY TRAINING AS I BELIEVE WE AS WOMEN ARE REALLY STRONG AND CAN ACHIEVE OUR TRUE POTENTIAL. I WOULD LIKE TO DISCOVER HYROX COMPETITION, WELNESS COMPETION AND POWERLIFTING COMPETITION.
  • What gives you the motivation and passion to pursue your sport?

    I BELIEVE IN MY SELF IN EVERYTHING I DO, I ALSO KNOW THAT SPORT AND PHYSICALL ACTIVITIES IN GENERAL ARE THE BEST WAY TO HAVE A STRONG BODY AND MIND, I HAVE A PASSION FOR HUMAN ANATOMY AND THE MECHANIC BEHIND ALL OF OUR SYSTEMS, I AM OBSESSED WITH THE AMAZING JOB THAT THE HEART DOES KEEPING US ALIVE AS WELL AS OTHER ORGANS. I BELIEVE I CAN GET MORE PEOPLE INTO HEALTH AND FITNESS DAY BY DAY HELPING THEM REALISE HOW IMPORTANT IT IS. SELF DICIPLINE IS A MUST

    YES, I AM PROUD OF MY HALF MARATHON WHILE 5 MONTHS PREGNANT. THAT MEANS THAT OUR BODY CAN ACHIEVE MORE THAN WE THINK

    I HAVE LEARNED THAT IF I REALLY PUT MY MIND INTO CHANGE AND IMPROVEMENT I CAN GO BEYOND MY LIMITS, THE MIND HAS TO BE STRONGER THAN THE FELLINGS. I MUST PUSH A LITTLE BIT MORE ALL THE TIME THAT'S THE ONLY WAY TO BE BETTER EVERYDAY AND TO TEACH OTHERS WHAT I HAVE LEARNED

MOTIVATIONAL SPEECH, VIDEO PERFORMING STRENGHT AND MOBILITY TRAINING, VIDEO DOING OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES AND USING OUTDOOR GYMS, DAILY STEPS, PICTURES OF HEALTHY FOOD, I ALSO SHARE COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES FOR MOTHERS, WOMEN, CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IN GENERAL AS I BELIEVE THAT TOGETHER WE ARE STRONGER.
